You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Digital Resources

Because digital resources are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has started. If a file is corrupted or doesn't match its listing, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Studio Essentials (Physical Products)

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging for a return to be accepted, unless defective.
